Orders and Delivery

Orders will be dispatched by no later than the next working day following clearance of payment and subject to availability. In the event that goods are unavailable, you will be notified immediately.

Liability

Any liability of Taction in connection with goods supplied to you will be limited to the replacement of goods or equivalent.  The use of this site is at your risk and Taction Printers & Supplies will not be liable for any damage arising from that use.

Risk of Loss

Deliveries are by Courier or Australia Post.

Faulty Goods

Please contact us for returns procedure.

Printer cartridges must be returned with a sample print where possible for money back or replacement guarantee.

Returns

Customers are to check orders on delivery.  If any items do not match your order, contact us immediately. If the wrong product is ordered it must be returned within 7 days, at the purchaser’s expense. Goods must be in original, unopened condition.

All purchases under this website and these terms and conditions are subject to the laws of the State of Queensland, Australia.
